In my early 30s, but with 10 years of expertise in CALD media & marketing.
I’ve delivered CALD media workshops for various local Australian agencies and was invited to speak by the Victorian Government.
Tri-lingual: Fluent in Mandarin, Hokkien, and English, with Malaysian roots.
Karaoke enthusiast, travel lover, and an influencer on RED (Xiaohongshu).
Always charged up - I hosted 7 housewarming parties this June, with 20-40 friends at each!

Lin Yi

With 5 years of state television media and 6 years of multi-cultural marketing agency experience, I've successfully delivered over 100 campaigns across diverse industries and provided Chinese social media workshops for Whitehorse City Council and Disney.
Tri-lingual: Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
Cat lover with a dream of traveling the world with my cat.

Our Story

M&Y OmniReach was founded by two passionate event professionals, Meena and Lin Yi, who share a vision of creating unforgettable events that leave a lasting impact. After meeting five years ago, their partnership quickly blossomed, and since then, they’ve organized over 100 events, from pop-up stores to corporate gatherings.

Our fully-trained, highly experienced team of brand ambassadors and promotional staffing experts excels at equipping and managing promotional staff, bringing brand activations to life.

Meena discovered her love for event planning during her time at the University of Melbourne, organizing student events that sparked her passion for bringing people together. After graduation, she joined a CALD media and marketing agency, where she managed large-scale events like concerts with Chinese celebrities and brand launches, gaining valuable expertise in event planning, promotion, and execution.

Lin Yi, a former investigative journalist and documentary filmmaker in China, brought a content-driven approach to their partnership. Together, they have organized both online and offline events, including Melbourne’s largest community event for Chinese families, blending creativity with cultural relevance.

Over the years, they’ve worked hand-in-hand, curating everything from pop-up stores and brand collaborations to corporate events. Their passion for creating exceptional experiences led them to establish M&Y OmniReach, a full-service event and PR agency.
